GROWING SUCCULENTS INDOORS
Low Maintenance – Easy to Grow – Loves Sun
Choose a pot with good drainage – succulents store water in their leaves, and roots enabling them to resist drought. If there is no drainage holes some gravel can be added to the bottom of the pot.
Add a layer of stone over the soil to prevent the leaves from touching the moist soil and developing rot.
Water them thoroughly allowing the water to completely drain out. Do not water again till the soil has dried out completely. Weekly watering may be all your plants will need.
Choose a sunny location – 6 hours a day is perfect. If you do not have a spot with enough hours of sun, your plant will just stretch towards the sun! You can cut off the long tips that grow. This will help thicken up your plant.
